I just finished up the film score mix for the new Justin Bieber documentary Believe coming out this Christmas. I had blast working with composer Nathan Lanier and director Jon Chu. Nathan’s score is a welcome contrast from the live concert footage, adding real emotion, and at times comedy, to the story line.

Even though Justin, or for that matter his fan base aren’t old enough to drink, the people who work with him everyday behind the scenes can! This cocktail celebrates them and all the hard work they put in.

I give you the “JB19”

1 oz. Hendricks Gin
2 oz. decent Champagne
4 dashes of Angostura Bitters
1 dash of Cranberry juice for sweetness and color.
Stir gently with ice
Garnish with a cucumber slice
